It's been a long time since I've updated my journal on DA, but I've been busy working with my other account since I rarely ever have time anymore to make new art. ... !!!Forefox!!!

So I worked from 5 to 9 today and the entire time I was working I was looking forward to going to the movies. Me and my friend went to the theater at 9:40 we saw the greatest movie of 2009! If you hadn't already guessed, that movie was Coraline!!!

I was a little skeptic about the storyline but it was great! The story was very dark and disturbing and I'm sure any child would have nightmares after seeing this movie... The animation was also great! And the voices matched all the characters very well! This movie was not a kids movie. Unless those kids have matured minds and can handle the darker parts to it.

I'm not going to reveal anything that might ruin the movie for you but I do recommend seeing it. This movie was instantly added to my top favorite movies of all time!!!

Okay, so I'm taking my next two classes. Intro to Modeling(3D Modeling), and Flash Animation. I did that Rotoscope animation as my first project. That was easy. For pretty much the rest of the term I have to work on my final, which is a full flash movie. It can be as long as we want. That character that I created. Little Miss Reaper [link] is going to be the main character of it. It will show her attempts to reap an old man who thinks she's trick or treating. Although she still doesn't mind getting some candy. Anyway, when I finish that (Hopefully by early March) I shall post it here on DA first. Then I will make an account on Newgrounds and post it there.

Okay, I haven't been online that much for the past few weeks because my computer had recently crashed and my wireless driver didn't work anymore after I did a full system backup and I just got it working again yesterday. I'm back now.

This Christmas was the worst one I've had since I was eight and got bit in the face by a dog on Christmas morning. This year on Christmas day my car broke down. I had it taken to a garage and they couldn't get around to it for a few days, so I had to wait. Then on Saturday night I got a stomach virus and was sick all night and all day Sunday. Then Sunday night my computer got a virus when I tried to download that Fusion Fall game from Cartoon Network. (Ahead of time warning to everyone. You may get a virus if you download that game!!) Then on Monday I go and check on my car. The damn timing belt went out of it. That was gonna cost 450 dollars just to fix that and they said that since it happened while I was driving, it probably took out a few other things with it. So it may have cost me more than the car was worth to fix it. Just not worth it. So I had it junked and now I'm out of a car. Damnit! Just when I get my drivers license back, this crap happens. Damn karma! I didn't even do anything for karma to effect me like that!

All I can do now is hope karma makes up for itself by making good things happen to me. Oh well... Life goes on, right?
