cool! did she have some sort of accident that involved her getting android parts or is it just like a race of people that are born like that :?

Almost her entire body was crushed in an accident. The only parts of her body that are real is her head (except for her eye) her neck, her shoulder and her arm. The rest of her is cybornetic.
